Senior Sales Role - Auckland Based

We are looking for an experienced heavy vehicle salesperson to help look after the Auckland area.

The role has a well established client base and the successful applicant will enjoy an immediate head start.

Dealer Parts & Business Development Manager - Auckland Based

To co-ordinate and control dealer sales and profit targets, including maintaining a high level of sales support and new business development through our dealer network.

This roles reports directly to the Parts Manager.

This Role Includes:

- Providing reports on Dealer/retail customer sales, usage and YTD progress

- On-site training to Dealer/retail customer parts staff

- Setting up merchandising displays and the promotion of advertised specials to all existing and new Dealers/retail customers

- Control, maintain and stocktake of consignment stock at customer locations

- Process retail sales sales orders into our ERP system 

- Process and report on parts warranty claims

Profile

The successful applicant would require:

A current valid open driver’s license

Good working knowledge of and experience with truck and trailer products and services, especially parallel and all makes parts strategies

Good communication, customer service and sales skills

Excellent telephone manner

Knowledge of computerised parts processing systems would be ideal or the ability to acquire such knowledge

Parts Interpreter - Auckland Based

To perform a range of tasks including the interpretation of correct parts required by the Dealer/customers, counter sales and support to direct customers.

This Role includes:

- Interpreting customer part requirements via phone, email or over the counter

- Consulting with Parts Manager regarding changes to product lines and pricing, and provide appropriate information regarding other sales opportunities

- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to work in a constructive and co-operative manner

- Set up showroom displays, recommend additional related products to customers and promote current advertised specials to all telephone and counter customers

- Process transactions, discounts and prices accurately as well as prepare invoices for retail and trade customers

Profile

The successful applicant would require:

Good working knowledge of and experience with truck and trailer products and services

Good communication, customer service and sales skills

Knowledge of computerised parts processing systems would be ideal or the ability to acquire such knowledge
