Iveco Trucks New Zealand, in its continued growth to seek and attract quality people to its new look business has announced the appointment of two talented new staff members.
Robert Woods has joined IVECO New Zealand as Truck Sales Manager coming from a position of strength off shore. IVECO’s General Manager Ian Walker states, “I know Rob very well from my time managing South Africa. Rob was an excellent DP in charge of one of SA’s biggest dealer group’s sites in Johannesburg. We also jointly promoted used truck business in Southern Africa in the areas of Zambia and Zimbabwe. Rob has all of the skills available to ensure our growth continues in New Zealand while at the same time challenging our processes to ensure we deliver fantastic service.” Robert moved to Auckland with his partner Claire and son Tristan.
In a second move to attract quality talent IVECO, on the current distribution uncertainty of some brands were quick to secure the services of Richard Field as Daily Van and Bus Sales Consultant for the South Island.
Walker adds ‘” Again I know Richard well from my previous days and his knowledge and understanding of the South Island market is so valuable to our growth in LCV in this area. Added to this, Richard’s expertise in the mini bus market just at the same time we are launching our new award-winning Mini Coach is the icing on the cake.”
Richard is based out of the fantastic new truck and van workshop facility of New Zealand Trucks in Christchurch.
